Mycelial Law is a core contributor to the development of the Murmuration Firmβan emerging legal and coordination infrastructure designed to support multi-stakeholder projects, bioregional land initiatives, and regenerative finance ecosystems.
This work is now extending into early-stage land-based pilots, where these legal and relational frameworks are being explored in practice.
In partnership with the NaluΚ»ea Living Trust, these pilots are investigating new models of:
- land stewardship and sovereignty
- trust-based and council-based governance
- bioregional infrastructure development
The NaluΚ»ea Living Trust functions as a constitutional and relational layerβa living trust designed to hold shared principles, steward long-term alignment, and support right relationship between land, people, and capital.
Together, these efforts aim to anchor place-based infrastructure such as:
- maker and fabrication spaces
- bio-based material production hubs
- regenerative venture studio activity
within governance systems that are land-rooted, relational, and designed for long-term stewardship rather than extraction.
This work is in early stages and evolving through active partnerships across the U.S. and U.K.

The Network of Northeastern farmers and AgriFood minds that I founded in 2019 is still myceliating strong. More information can be found here.
The Northeast Healthy Soil Network, Northeast Bio-Based Materials Collaborative and Bloom Network are teaming up within the sphere of the Northeast Bioregioning Collective, which was selected as a BioFi Cultivator Pilot Project. We are committing to strengthening emergent networks between farmers, sustainable food system advocates, and bio-based materials manufacturers and end users in order to (I) facilitate an increase in the amount and variety of regionally grown products and food businesses, (II) raise awareness of additional farm based value streams, (III) develop and strengthen markets for value added agricultural products as bio-based construction materials and textiles and identify and (IV) generally address gaps in the regional sustainable food and materials supply chain. Mycelial Law has served the RealGold (TM) project from its inception. The project is working to establish gold-in-ground backed tokens that financially support the establishment of biological and social Trusts - bioregionally-rooted commons that boost the vitality of ecosystems and communities embedded within them.
